Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.
Will I receive an e-mail/tracking number once my order has been shipped?
Yes. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package is shipped. However, tracking on international orders is partial. Please note that the tracking number may stop updating once the package reaches your country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
International shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive. This all depends on how far you are from Japan and there could be delays due to weather, holidays or due to customs. We do our best to mark our packages appropriately to help reduce the chance of our shipments being held for a long time in customs, but this is something that is out of our control.
However, *please* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!
How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped from Nagoya, Japan via JAPAN POST International ePacket. I pack all of my jewelry up in sturdy kraft jewelry box (ready for gifting) and ship them inside of padded water-shedding mailing envelopes. Multiple items may be shipped in same jewelry box. If you need each item in an individual box please let me know.
Why was I charged an additional fee to accept my package?
If you are an international buyer (outside of Japan) please make sure you are aware of your countries customs policies on imported goods. Some packages may be subject to additional fees or taxes before you can collect them, and these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and payments with credit/debit cards via Stripe.
Payments through PayPal will show up from BLOMI on your bank statement.
What's your return policy?
Please contact me if you'd like to make a return and I'll provide you with the return address and info. Returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving your package, unworn, undamaged, and in the original gift boxing. I will issue you a refund as soon as I receive the package from you. Shipping fees will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return postage and any custom fees/taxes. Items received broken due to return not being packaged properly can not be refunded.
What happens if my package is damaged or lost in transit?
I take extreme care in packaging your order, damage due to mishandling in delivery can possibly happen. In that case, please contact me right away and ship the damaged item back to me. I'll make and ship you a new one right away after the old one got back. Please note: For your own protection, I strongly recommend that you return your goods to us by recorded delivery.
If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address. We are not responsible for lost packages in cases when the buyer provided the wrong address. Please always double check your shipping address before checking out, and email me right away if any changes need to be made before your package is shipped.

About My Jewelry
It takes up to 3 weeks only to dry the flowers (for the first step). Each petal is resin coated one by one to give a 3D appearance to it. I inspect every piece that comes out of my studio and pay very close attention to the quality of my products. Please expect a slight difference in color when purchasing. They may appear different on other monitors. Each floral jewelry is one of a kind. I use only natural real plants and flowers, so the flower size might be slightly different and it can be a little scratch or a bit of sheer parts on the flower. However each jewelry is guaranteed to be just as lovely as the listing photos.
Though we always check the quality of our products before shipment, flowers may fade over time depending on how you care the jewelry. Please protect your jewelry from chemicals, UV rays, heat and water to protect the coating and flowers color from fading. For more information please check our Jewelry care page.
**For each flower jewelry I only have a few pieces available since I pick and dry the flowers myself.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes we do! You can either combine different flowers and parts within my listings or create a complete new design. There's limitation of what I can design for you but I will do my best to create your dream jewelry!
One custom order fee combining the designs within my listings will be +$30.
One custom order fee which contains new designs and materials will be $100+ depending on the design and materials you wish to use. If you have any preference please DM me :)
I do not accept wholesale orders or sell my items on any other platform aside from my website.

Yes. All items listed on this website is handmade from scratch.
